Newtown, Pa. – NuShield, Inc., is pleased to announce that its new DayVue antireflective film has been successfully tested on electronic devices with LCD displays used by farmers to help with precision farming operations. These include GPS navigation, hybrid/variety planning, guidance and steering and yield and moisture mapping. The installed film even allows users to wear polarized sunglasses or look at the device from an angle and still read the display.
NuShield DayVue is currently available for electronic devices manufactured by John Deere, Ag Leader, New Case Holland and Trimble devices. NuShield DayVue is the only screen protector of its kind that combines anti-reflective technology and superior scratch resistance. NuShield DayVue has a slight adhesive backing which holds the film on the screen. This allows for installation on flat LCD screen surfaces. The film filters out 99% of UV light from reaching the screen or reflecting back to the eyes. NuShield films have been designed to work with LCD screens for an extended period of time without any distortion to the image.
